Well done to the Army and UK Armed Forces Karate Team, competing at the UK International Open, Docklands, 29 Sep 19 and winning 5 Gold, 3 Silver and 4 Bronze medals. Special mention to Cpl Johnston who won the Senior Male Kata and both Male and Female Teams who won the Senior Sanbon Event.
