Bdr Josh Gibbs has been successful in being selected for a full time sport Residual Manning PID at this year’s selection board and will commence full time BJJ training in May. Josh is a rising star on the international BJJ circuit, with clear potential to be a medallist at the IBJJF World Championships. His most recent achievements include winning 2x gold medals at the IBJJF European Championships in 2022 (Purple Belt) and 2023 (Brown Belt).
Josh has also delivered Gold Medal performances at the British Championships, Army Championships, Inter-Services and Armed Forces, Veterans and Emergency Services Championships. He is currently ranked 5th in the world by the IBJJF.
